Shipping Policies
UPS is used whenever possible. However "Common Carrier" can be selected in special cases.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday with be shipped the following business day. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed.

How to Ship to AK, HI
Hawaii and Alaska orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Ground. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes.

International Shipping
The Shipping cost shown on the website are for domestic orders only not International orders. The shipping costs and methods for all international orders is based on the weight of the package, therefore will be determined after the orders are placed and prepared completely. If you prefer, please e-mail us and let us know how many pieces you would like to order and we will give you an estimated shipping cost. We use USPS and UPS for all international shipments.
