Returning Merchandise
If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund.
Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization
number, please complete return
request form within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed,
undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error
are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Refunds/Store Credit
- Except for International orders, we will arrange for UPS to pick up
the merchandise from you, so you do not have to pay for shipping when
sending an item back.
-Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to
your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you
prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
- Shipping and COD charges ($8.50) originally
paid both are non refundable.
- All of the customers who have paid with COD will receive store credit.
- All of the customers who have paid with Credit card or paypal, credit
will be refunded back to your account.
