How do I order from you?
1. You can order online. When ordering online simply click on the "BUY"
button. By clicking on the "BUY" button, the site will automatically
take you to our easy web-based system. Our web-based system is a quick
and easy way to order items right to your doorsteps. It's fun and confidential.
After you have placed an order with us, we will send a confirmation letter
to your e-mail address regarding the order you have placed with us. 2)
You also can order by phone. Call toll-free at 866.728.3141, Monday through
Friday, 9AM to 5PM (PST). We are ready to take your order or to help you
with any questions you have. For faster service please have your name,
e-mail address, item number, billing information, and type of payment
ready when you are calling.
When will my credit card be charged?
2. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours after the order is
placed completely and shipped out.
How do I get and use a discount
coupon?
3. You can apply for our VIP
DISCOUNT PROGRAM and receive 10% off your order every time.
How much is the international shipping
cost?
4. Shipping cost will be calculated after order is complete and you will
be noticed about shipping cost. The shipping cost is based on the total
weight of your order. We use USPS for all of our international orders.
For Canada we use USPS and UPS.
How do I track my order?
5. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an e-mail with
your tracking number. You can also track your order by using our "tracking
box" located on the left side of the screen.
Is there any minimum order amount?
6. No, there is no minimum order amount but all items are sold in prepackages.
The minimum per item are 4, 5, 6, or 24 depending on the item.
I forgot my password.

see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click
here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
When will my order be shipped?
8. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped
and tracking information. We usually ship your orders on the same day
or the next business day.

Can I use your item photo images
for my online store?
10. Yes, you may use our photo images for your online store upon purchase.
I am a new customer, can I place
my order in COD?
11. We are sorry but new customers must prepay for the first 3 orders with
us using either credit card or paypal. You can however mail in your money
order for the first 3 orders.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
12. No, you don't have to. That's because all our sales are for resellers.
All resellers must collect applicable sales tax from their customers.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
13. Once your order is shipped you will reeive a copy of your invoice
via e-mail.
Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes, we do offer drop shipping.
Since we are a wholesale company we sell in bulk, if you sell our items
in bulk you will get them at the same price we offer on the site. The
items will be shipped in bulk to your customer with your name and company
info.
How do I navigate the site?

interested in. Categories are located on the left side of our website.

16. If you can not find an item, most likely the items was sold out.
Do you have a printed catalog?
17. We do not have any printed catalogs because our inventroy is changing
very fast.

18. The shipping cost is determined on the total dollar amount of your

When I place an order do I get same
color or different colors?
19. Each id. number is pre-packed with the same color, so you will receive
4, 5, 6, or 24 pieces of the same color.
When I place an order do I get same
size or different sizes?
20. When you place an order of our items all of the sizes are included
in the pack. So if you select an item that has a S, M, L you will receive
all of those sizes in your pack. Almost 90% of the time all the packs
are broken down to even sizes like 2S, 2M, and 2L.
Can I mix different items to make
the minimum order quantity?
21. No, you have to order the minimum of whatever the item is.
